1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant UNSYND a license to host and stream your content on the platform. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload copyrighted material you do not own, content that infringes on others’ rights, illegal content, or malicious files. Violation may result in content removal and account suspension.

4. Copyright Policy

UNSYND respects intellectual property rights. We respond to valid DMCA takedown requests. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated under our three-strike policy. See our DMCA page for more information.

5. Subscriptions

Artist and Radio Station accounts require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or Stripe billing portal.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts with repeated copyright violations.

7. Disclaimer

UNSYND is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for content uploaded by users.
