Content: Music files, images, and text you upload.

Usage Data: Play counts, likes, and browsing activity within the app.

Location: Approximate location (city-level) if you grant permission, used for the “Near You” feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the UNSYND platform, to display your artist profile and content, to process payments through Stripe, and to communicate important updates.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment data. We do not store credit card numbers.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. If your account is deleted, we remove your personal data and uploaded content within 90 days.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords and secure HTTPS connections.
